Tomato Baby

Softer tomato orange for friendly UI accents
About Tomato Baby
Tomato Baby looks like a baby tomato split open on a bright counter. It's clearly red with orange in the undertow, but it doesn't feel as hot or aggressive as the deeper reds nearby. Compared with Heat Signature and Red Wrath of Zeus, it reads more rounded and softer at the edges, like a calmer button color than a flare.
I use Tomato Baby for promos where you still need urgency, but you want it to feel friendly and retail-grade instead of "emergency sticker." It's great for checkout and promo CTAs in food delivery and quick-commerce feeds, and it also holds up in streaming thumbnails and subscription tiles where the layout is busy and you can't afford harsh clipping. If Heat Signature feels like a steadier glow and Miyamoto Red feels weightier, this one lands as softer red-orange warmth that's more approachable than the sharper options.
Pair it with off-white type or warm grays. On very dark backgrounds it stays readable, but you'll want a little spacing so it doesn't visually blend into nearby tomatoes.
