About Dragon’s Gold

Dragon's looks like polished brass that's been softened by daylight. It's not the pale wash of Angel's Trumpet, and it doesn't have 's buttery roundness. Compared to , it feels more refined and less earthy, with a cleaner green-leaning undertone and a brighter, tighter glow.

I use it when I need the "" to read as Dragon's without tipping into harsh chart-yellow. It works well for dashboards and finance apps too, but it's especially handy in product UI where you want status chips, edit highlights, and timestamp badges to stand out with warmth rather than medical-grade certainty. In media workflows, it's great for promo ribbons and timeline callouts that shouldn't look brittle.

One quirk: on pure white panels it can feel slightly too crisp, so I usually back it with cream neutrals or deeper greens to keep that warmth from getting sharp at the edges.
