About Pastrami

Pastrami reads like a light, peach-leaning blush with a soft orange spark. Next to , it feels fresher and less bruised, with more lift and less muted depth. Against Salmon Poké Bowl, it comes across cleaner and a bit more orange-forward instead of staying in that creamy pink range.

I use Pastrami for dashboards and finance apps when I need the primary accent to show up without the deep insistence of or the fuller warmth of Rosé-adjacent pinks. It's great for onboarding steps, status pills, and "watch this" highlights in workflow UIs where the color has to feel friendly but still intentional. The one you reach for when of Chilli is too cool and restrained, but feels too shouty.

Pair it with warm neutrals and light greys; it can look flat on stark whites, so give it a soft background and it'll hold its own.
