About Trumpet Gold
Trumpet Gold looks like a bright brass flare on a matte green header. It's noticeably more saturated and more lively than Deli Yellow, and it doesn't soften into that bakery-honey restraint Baklava has. Compared to Golden Frame, it carries a clearer trumpet-like warmth up front, with less of that structured frame-edge steadiness.
I reach for it when I need gold warmth that still reads fresh against green-family palettes, especially in grocery loyalty tiles, product detail callouts, and limited-time badges where the surrounding colors are clean, not brown. It's great for CPG label accents on promos, price tags, and "featured" indicators over sage, olive, and crisp creams. In UI mockups, it helps key states feel deliberate without sliding into the straw-dry zone.
Quirk: if your greens lean very cool, this shade can look a touch louder than you expect, so I like pairing it with warm off-whites (not gray) or dialing back the nearby yellow intensity elsewhere. the one you reach for when the gold needs to pop without going flat.
