Slippery Soap

Slippery Soap is the kind of background that keeps your content feeling clean without turning flat. I like it for hospitality digital spaces where you want calm but not sterile, like room details, check-in confirmations, and menu previews that need readable text over a warm-leaning brand. It also works in publishing layouts for page headers and pull quotes, especially alongside neutral icons and soft photography. It's warmer than pure white, but it never commits fully to the cream side like Cannoli Cream, so the temperature stays controlled across the screen.

One watch-out: because it sits between gray and cream, pairing it with very warm blacks can make the whole UI feel slightly damp. I'd keep accents either neutral-charcoal or gently cool grays so it stays crisp instead of muddy.
