About Everlasting Ice
Everlasting Ice is almost there, almost white, but not quite committed. It's got more presence than Beluga, less green whisper than Bath Bubbles or Candied Snow. This is the color that feels genuinely neutral without trying to hide. It doesn't recede the way true near-whites do, and it doesn't carry any of that minty undertone the others lean on. It just sits there, readable and restful at once.
Reach for it in dark mode interfaces across healthcare, fintech dashboards, and SaaS platforms where you need pale backgrounds that feel open without feeling cold. Body text, input fields, secondary panels, the places where you want enough contrast to breathe but don't want the harshness of a clinical white. It works harder than Beluga because it's got slightly more saturation to hold its own in dense layouts.
The catch is simplicity itself: pair it with true blacks and near-blacks in your actual shipped product. Test early. Unlike the greener options, it won't play tricks with accent colors, but it also won't forgive a weak contrast ratio.
