Sunflower Mango
#ffb700
Bright mango-gold for highlights needing cleaner, less-amber warmth
About Sunflower Mango
Sunflower Mango is the yellow that lands closer to ripe fruit than chip heat. It has a sunny, citrus-leaning warmth that feels slightly lighter and cleaner than King Nacho, with less of that tightened snack "badge" energy. Compared with Master Nacho, it reads less buttery and less calm, more like a fresh highlight that keeps its edge. And vs Nacho Cheese, it avoids the weighted cheddar look, staying brighter and more breathable so it doesn't feel dense.
I use it for product moments that need the one you reach for pop without drifting too honey or too deep. Think grocery promo headers, snack brand tiles, and checkout and cart callouts where the yellow must stay crisp on cream or beige. In mobile delivery and wellness UIs, it works well for section dividers, "new" tags, and accent chips when you want a warm flash that doesn't tip orange.
Pair it with deeper greens or cool grays, especially if the page background is already buttery. Otherwise it can look a touch sugary next to richer yellows.
