About Cheesus

Cheesus lands somewhere between a pale cream and a proper yellow, but it's the brightness that matters, it's noticeably lighter than while keeping more saturation than . There's no apology in it, no pulling back. It just reads as warm and present the moment you put it down.

Reach for this on product interfaces, light editorial backgrounds, and hospitality sites where you need a yellow that actually performs without turning the page into a highlight. It works harder than the paler versions because it's got enough presence to hold its own next to content, but it won't compete with type or flatten photography the way the richer tones will. Against soft greens and muted neutrals it settles immediately.

The difference from its neighbors: is cooler and more restrained, Bread and sits richer, ghosts out. Cheesus is the straightforward middle, warm enough to register, light enough to breathe. Pair it with charcoal type and it does what you need without grandstanding.
