Lemon Tart

Bright lemon yellow chartreuse for high-contrast accents
About Lemon Tart
Picture a lemon tart sitting under kitchen lights: the crust looks crisp, but the filling is still soft and glossy. Lemon Tart reads as a warm, light yellow with a slightly honey-leaning undertone, but unlike Here Comes the Sun it doesn't feel buttery-milky or gentle haze. And unlike Glitter Is Not Gold, it's not glassy or metal-shiny. Compared to Goldfinch, it feels a touch rounder and warmer, less crisp-edged and less "sharpened" in tone.
I reach for Lemon Tart when you want dash of optimism without the glow going fuzzy. It's great for UI state moments like the one you reach for on in-app confirmations, cart and checkout highlights, and delivery updates in commerce and logistics. In media products, it works well for thumbnail accents and step markers in onboarding flows where you want "ready" energy that stays readable on light surfaces. Pair it with leafy greens that are darker or more neutral, otherwise it can blend into nearby fresh-lime tones.
One quirk: if the surrounding green is very bright, Lemon Tart can flatten fast, so give it contrast with deeper foliage or restrained neutral borders.
