Hyper Blue
#015f97
Clear mid-depth blue with a cooler, crisp edge
About Hyper Blue
You know that moment when a header bar looks "right" but still feels a little too heavy? Hyper Blue is that fix: a mid-deep, clean blue that lands brighter than the darker neighbors without drifting into teal. Compared with Blue Chip, it's less warm and less decisive in its judgment tone; this one reads more open and immediate. And next to Hydra, it keeps its clarity without Hydra's settled, weightier calm.
I reach for Hyper Blue when the UI needs a primary signal that stays readable in busy product pages, especially across dashboards and finance apps. It works well for active states, chart accents, and CTA buttons in fintech, insurance portals, and SaaS settings where the hierarchy can't look cold or navy-gray. If you're using Dark Denim nearby for secondary emphasis, Hyper Blue gives you a cleaner "on" color that feels more energized but still controlled.
Quirk: on very low-contrast surfaces it can feel slightly more alert than you expect, so pair it with medium neutrals rather than going straight to flat grays.
