Wicked Purple
#37115c
Mid-deep violet with warm undertone for emphasis
About Wicked Purple
Wicked Purple reads like a deep bruise-leaning violet that never slides all the way to blue. Compared to Fabric of Space, it feels denser and more saturated, like it has more ink behind it. Compared with Infinite Inkwell, it's less heavy and less ink-soaked, so it doesn't sink into that dim, studio-light gloom.
In practice, I use it for dashboards and finance apps when you want the accent to feel decisive, but not as weighty as the darker options in this family. It also works in healthcare portals and admin panels where you need key state colors, focus rings, and active navigation that look intentional, not muted. The mood is cool-leaning, confident, and precise, with a sharper edge than Cotinga Purple's quieter, cooler, more black-adjacent cast.
Pair it with near-black grays or soft off-whites. If you put it next to very blue violets, it can look a touch more forceful than you expect, so give it clean spacing and restrained secondary accents.
