Fabric of Space
#341758
Deep space-violet, cooler and lighter than near-black
About Fabric of Space
Fabric of Space feels like a late-night poster wall under cool lighting: purple that's clearly purple, but with a flatter depth than Dark Dreams and less red pull than Indie Go. Compared with Cotinga Purple, it holds onto more saturation and a touch more presence, so it reads as intentional color rather than a hushed accent. To my eye, it's slightly less dense than Dark Dreams, so it stays crisp in UI chrome instead of sinking.
I use it in dashboards and finance apps when the accent needs authority without the heavier bruise weight you get from Dark Dreams. It also works well in healthcare portals and enterprise SaaS where buttons, key tabs, and section headers need to stay legible while still feeling confident. The mood here is cool, controlled, and quietly directive, more "organized attention" than "deep ink."
Pair it with neutral grays or soft off-whites and keep secondary accents minimal. If you push it next to very blue-leaning purples, it can look a bit more forward, so give it consistent spacing and clean typography.
