About Marina

Marina is the blue-leaning purple you spot on a late-afternoon glass facade, where the highlights are cool but the shade stays calm. Compared with , it's less punchy and more even through the midtones, so it doesn't feel like it's "biting" the UI. And compared with , it carries a more unmistakable purple cast instead of reading as purely blue and steady.

I use Marina for dashboards and media tools when I want primary controls and selected states to feel confident without the strict blue-only attitude of . It also shows up well in creator platforms, course admin panels, and streaming analytics where the interface needs clarity but you don't want the accent to overpower. Relative to , Marina is lighter and cleaner, with a smoother, less weighty presence.

Pair it with soft grays and muted lilacs. If you stack it against very warm neutrals, it can drift toward a fresher, slightly cooler violet than you might expect.
