Passion Flower
#6f5698
Lush violet purple with cool, wine-deep undertone
About Passion Flower
Passion Flower looks like a rich violet ink that's been slightly pulled toward magenta, not dragged into the dusty warmth of Berry Jam. On my screen it feels more juicy and medium-deep than Grapes of Italy, and less washed out than Freshly Purpleized. The undertone is a little warmer and more playful, so it doesn't read stern the way cooled purples can.
I use this shade for UI accents where you want purple to feel present but not heavy: playback progress states, category highlights, and pressed controls in music apps. It also works well in creator dashboards and editorial media tools when you need clear, confident hierarchy without drifting muddy or earthy. Compared to the nearby set, it lands in that sweet spot between "grounded" and "too airy."
Pair it with soft off-whites or lighter lilac tints so the magenta lift stays crisp, especially on dark surfaces where it can otherwise lean a touch too sweet.
