Prophet Violet

Prophet Violet hits like a clear, slightly stern violet marker laid over a soft lavender base. It feels more structured than Passion Flower, but less mid-periwinkle than Scampi, and it's not as controlled-cool as Simply Purple. The undertone lands in a balanced, violet-forward space: fewer magenta notes than Passion Flower, less blue lift than Scampi, and a little more presence than Simply Purple.

I use it for states and hierarchy where purple should look intentional, not hazy. Think dashboards and finance apps where you need selected rows, filters, and focus outlines that stay readable on busy grids, plus creator media tools for clip flags, batch action confirmations, and moderation queues. It's also strong in admin UIs for badges and secondary CTAs when you want the one you reach for to feel confident without drifting into playful color.

Pair it with crisp off-whites or cool grays. If you put it next to warmer purples, it can feel a touch tighter and more formal, so keep your purple family consistent across the screen.
