Ludicrous Lemming

Redder, lighter orange for high-contrast warmth
About Ludicrous Lemming
I keep seeing Ludicrous Lemming as a baked orange-tan on packaging mockups, like the color got warmed further after the first print pass. It's not as earthy-dusted as Earthworm, and it doesn't lean as brown and settled as Dusty Duchess. What stands out to me is the slightly playful brightness paired with a muted, lemmat-like undertone, so it reads "soft punch" instead of brick or blush.
Use it when you want orange to feel present but controlled in dashboards and lifestyle apps for things like product category chips, secondary controls, and status accents in food and skincare flows. It also works in editorial section rules and UI callouts where Ginger Scent would look too light and neutral-peach, while this one holds more body. The vibe is especially good for cards, tags, and label callouts in product photography, where cream and warm gray backgrounds need a noticeable hinge.
Quick caution: because it's a touch brighter than the nearby terracottas, it can look loud next to very cool grays. I'd nudge the surrounding neutrals warmer so it lands clean.
