Spiced up Orange
#e67a37
Lighter, dusty orange warmth for softer accents
About Spiced up Orange
Spiced up Orange looks like a peeled orange on a bright counter, but with the peel's deeper warmth holding steady instead of turning wet and glossy. Compared with Solar Flare, it's a touch less golden and more mid-tone, and it reads less "dried-out screen flare." Versus Jaffa, the edge here is noticeably more orange and less red, so it doesn't flare into sunburn heat. And unlike Orange Crush, it's not splashy or juicy-wet, it's drier and more settled.
I use it when the UI needs clean, confident warmth that still feels energetic, just not frantic. It's my the one you reach for shade for food ordering and delivery flows, retail promos, and lifestyle commerce where category chips, price highlights, and CTA bars need attention without shouting. In product grids, it tends to hold its identity next to creams better than Solar Flare, while staying more balanced than Jaffa.
Pair it with charcoal, espresso brown, or warm neutrals. If you put it against very pale warm backgrounds, it can start to look slightly "cooked" and blur at the edges, so keep contrast crisp.
