Schiaparelli Pink

Schiaparelli Pink reads like a crisp fashion-pink accent that still keeps a red backbone. Compared with the more magenta, punchy Majestic Magenta, this one feels lighter and smoother, with less lipstick glare. And unlike Hindu Lotus, it doesn't lean into the softer, jewel-inkpetal vibe. It's also not the sharper, snap-to-attention Major Magenta. This shade sits more in the "pink-red highlight" zone, so it calls you over without getting loud.

I use it for alert-adjacent states where you want urgency that stays controlled: the one I reach for on retail ops exception banners, fintech "changed" item chips, and admin-table rows that need to look flagged but not frantic. It's also handy in media workflows for thumbnail badges and moderation queue tags when you need something noticeable that won't skew too bubblegum or too true-magentа.

Quirk: on very warm or sunny UI surfaces it can drift a touch more rosy, so I keep it next to cool grays or clean whites to preserve that red-leaning pink core.
