Aluminium

It pairs well with both warm and neutral accents because there's enough saturation to give the color substance, but not enough to force a temperature conversation. In healthcare apps and internal tools, it reads as deliberate without being stern.

The real difference: it's more grounded than its lighter neighbors, so it works when you've already got a darker base and need something that doesn't feel like a step backward. Pair it with deep text and it handles contrast. Pair it with lighter elements and it knows how to support without dominating.
