Wizard’s Brew

Smokier mid-light violet for cool, modern accents
About Wizard’s Brew
Wizard's Brew looks like a lilac-forward purple ink that's slightly fogged at the edges, so it reads richer than the whispery, airy Enchanted Lilac, but not as settled and paper-dust muted as Petrified Purple. Compared to Magic Carpet, this one has clearer warmth in the undertone, so it doesn't float as cool or slippery when you put it on a light UI.
I use it for dashboards and finance apps when the brand tint needs to feel polished, not powdery. Think chart legend highlights, selected-tab fills, badge backgrounds, and onboarding step states where the purple should stay readable without turning into a grayish mauve. It also shows up well in education and admin UI for module headers and callout panels, especially when your neutrals lean a touch warm.
Pair it with soft creams and light warm grays; next to icy near-whites it can start to feel heavy. If you need that "more set in" look, go Petrified Purple instead.
