Ketchup Later

"Ketchup Later" is the red that looks like it just got poured, not yelled at. Next to Blood Rush, it loses that hot, confrontational snap and feels more measured, with a ketchup-thick warmth that reads closer to orange than brick. Compared with Büchel Cherry and Ecstatic Red, it's slightly brighter and more forward, less resolved into deep wine, so it lands as a quick highlight rather than a settled signal.

I reach for it in streaming app CTAs, e-commerce cart and sale moments, and thumbnail overlays where you want urgency without the aggression. It also works well for gaming storefront tiles and feature tags when the UI needs to feel energetic but controlled. Against dark surfaces it stays loud; against cream it doesn't sour, though it can look a touch more orange if the surrounding neutrals are too warm.

Pair it with charcoal, cocoa brown, or cool neutrals to keep the undertone clean, the way you would for dashboards and finance apps that still want a human pulse.
