Quiet Thicket
#aaad94
Soft cool sage-green for subtle, balanced panels
About Quiet Thicket
Quiet Thicket lands between leaf and dust. It's a soft, low-sheen green that feels more balanced than Green Tea and less beige than Olive Tree, but it never slips into Gargoyle's shadowy, smoky leaf-gray. If Gargoyle reads like green under overcast skies, this one reads like the same plant after the light steadies. It's calmer than Camping Grounds, yet it still stays clearly green instead of turning neutral.
I use Quiet Thicket when a UI needs a quiet backdrop that won't fight content. Think agritech and biotech dashboards, inventory side panels, and product spec pages where you want the page to breathe without going pale or washed. It also holds up behind charts and forms in dashboards and finance apps when the product already uses gray, but you want a gentle green note. The one you reach for when Green Tea would feel too beige-flat, and Olive Tree would feel too dry.
Pair it with cooler off-whites and crisp charcoal if you're seeing it next to warm paper tones, otherwise it can drift toward a muted, powdery feel.
