Greenfinch
#bda928
Olive-gold chart highlight with mellow, earthy restraint
About Greenfinch
On my monitor, Greenfinch lands like a bright-label green that got a little sunlight but stayed clean. It's greener than the more honeyed yellows, yet it doesn't slide as yellow-forward as Hey Pesto. Compared with Hippie Trail, it holds a fresher, lighter lift instead of feeling sun-warmed and slightly earthy, and it avoids that softened, label-stain calm. Versus Brass, Greenfinch feels less metallic and more "ink on paper" than industrial.
I use it when I need attention without the gold-alert vibe: CPG shelf UI, retail promo stickers, and ecommerce filter chips that sit next to true greens but must stay readable. It also works well in mobile admin tables and logistics dashboards where you're flagging in-stock or active states, especially beside warmer neutrals that might otherwise lean beige.
Quick quirk: because the yellow-green side is present, it can look a touch assertive next to darker olives. Pair it with a deeper green or cool gray so the contrast feels intentional.
