Hippie Trail
#c6aa2b
Sunlit olive-gold with airy, mellow warmth
About Hippie Trail
"Hippie Trail" reads like travel-stall pigment on light paper: a muted yellow-green that feels sun-warmed, not dusty, and not coppery. Compared with Hot Sand, it's less straight-up golden and more earthy, so it lands calmer. Versus Haystack, it has a cleaner, brighter lift instead of that straw-dry indoors vibe. And next to Curry, it stays greener and gentler, with none of that spiced, citrus snap.
I use it when I want a mellow, lived-in highlight that still stays readable on light UI. It's great for CPG shelf UI and retail admin screens where you're tagging lots, batches, or promo tiers, plus ecommerce category badges that sit near true greens without screaming yellow. It also works in product cards and table filters for the one you reach for when you need emphasis that feels friendly rather than urgent.
Quick quirk: because it's softened and slightly earthy, it can lose punch next to very bright lemon accents, so I'll pair it with a deeper olive or warm neutral to keep it grounded.
