Eosin Pink
#ff5ec4
Soft, airy red-pink for restrained highlights
About Eosin Pink
Eosin Pink reads like a soft highlight taken from a brighter red-pink, then lifted with a touch more white. The surface is smoother and less pushy than Blush Hour's forward warmth, and it doesn't sit as steady and grounded as Brink Pink. Compared to Dream Setting, it feels cleaner and more saturated, not faintly dusty or flash-bathed.
I usually use this shade for button states, hover/focus accents, and soft UI pills in healthcare and beauty products, where you want red-family energy without the "main action" pressure of Blush Hour or the darker authority of Brink Pink. It also works in mobile onboarding and patient-facing empty states, especially for micro-highlights that need to read friendly but not juvenile.
Quirk to watch: because it's lighter, it can wash out against very pale reds. Pair it with cooler grays or warm neutrals that have enough depth so it keeps its crisp pink edge.
